Period: 2025 December 16 – 2026 June 2.
Level 1 required about 12–18 hours of study.
Level 2 takes approximately 120–150 hours in total, of which around 80 hours are theory and the remainder is practical work.
The Facilitator Training consists of Phase 1 and Phase 2.
Phase 1 covers the theory — usually 15 online sessions of 2–3 hours each.
We take short breaks every hour to stretch our legs and grab a coffee.
Phase 2 focuses on practical application. You can start Phase 2 once you have achieved a score of ≥80% on your Phase 1 exam.
In Phase 2, you demonstrate your mastery of QM and RCM — showing that you can correctly set up QM and RCM analyses and verify that all quality requirements are met.
Throughout the Level 2 training, you will use DORA Software, which is included in the full package.
I will meet with you online each week, monitor your progress in DORA, and assist you wherever needed.
Your Master Project in Phase 2 (one QM and one RCM analysis) is completed in DORA.
The examiners will have access to your environment and will review your work to verify compliance with RCM requirements.
I strongly recommend selecting a small analysis.
This training focuses on quality, not quantity.
If you demonstrate RCM quality with an FMEA of 30–50 failure modes, that’s perfect. Anything over 100 failure modes is far too large and repetitive — save that for after your exam.
Based on the FMEA (description of failure behavior), the spare parts strategy will also be discussed and practiced in detail, enabling you to apply it directly in your own organization.
Phase 1: Theory
Phase 2: Practice
You will receive your results within two days, and upon passing, you can begin working as an RCM Facilitator.
The full training package — including Phase 1, Phase 2, DORA software, e-learning access, online sessions, weekly meetings, Phase 1 exam, and Phase 2 exam — costs €8,960 (excluding VAT).
Payment must be received before the start of the training.
Payment options include iDeal or credit card.
